This means that the GOTEC Group not only meets the highest production standards of the automotive industry and many other industries, but also fulfils its own highest demands on quality. Many work processes at the GOTEC Group are standardised and automated. However, they can also be adapted to individual customer requirements. The continuous improvement of our product and service quality is one of our most important corporate goals. Not only the process optimisation through a structured, professional quality management helps us to achieve this, but above all the cooperation with our customers based on partnership. In this way, the GOTEC Group guarantees the highest manufacturing quality at an optimal price/performance ratio.

The aim of our quality policy is to align all production processes to the fulfilment of our customers’ and employees’ requirements, to continuously improve products and services, to guarantee occupational safety and to apply the environmental standards in the company. We continuously qualify our employees through regular training and information exchange. We meet market requirements through innovations, efficient production processes and modern work organisation, which is an important part of our corporate policy. The implementation of the zero-defect strategy and the occupational health and safety measures to minimise risks are at the same time an indispensable part of the responsibility that every GOTEC employee assumes.
