This standard is specifically designed for occupational health and safety management systems, comparable to the standards for quality, environmental or energy management systems. <\/p><p>The corresponding health and safety measures have been integrated into our processes. With concrete specifications and assistance, we avoid unsafe behavior that could lead to occupational accidents and thus increase the job satisfaction of our employees. At the same time, this represents an increase in the occupational safety competence of our managers.  <\/p><p>ISO Standard 45001, the world\u2019s first uniform standard for occupational health and safety management, was published in 2018.
