Customised metal processing

With know-how and many years of experience, the GOTEC Group offers the procurement and production of high-quality metal products for further processing for a wide range of requirements. We process aluminium as well as non-ferrous metals. Whether simple round shapes or functional and complex assemblies, whether small or large series, whether stamped-bent parts or rubber-metal parts – we have the right manufacturing know-how for every metal part thanks to our many years of experience. Our special focus in metal processing is always on not mechanically damaging the surface and thus maintaining the ability to bond. This enables us to supply stamped parts for strong bonding with rubber and/or thermoplastics.

Services

Both the near-series production of prototypes and our own professional toolmaking are part of our comprehensive range of services in metal processing. This enables us to implement almost any individual customer requirement at the best price-performance ratio. We also offer flexible follow-up processes such as (bonding agent) coating or surface refinement, for example, to protect against corrosion.

Construction

From planning and design to manufacturing, we support you throughout the entire process. Starting with the idea, our design experts take your individual specifications and develop detailed CAD drawings as the basis for later implementation. Quality is the top priority for GOTEC. The prototype is checked for quality before it goes into production. Thanks to our many years of experience and our in-house manufacturing know-how, we can meet even complex and difficult requirements of our customers without any problems.

Toolmaking

Consistently high quality, precision and production speed can only be achieved through the optimal interaction of design, toolmaking and manufacturing. Since hardly any part is like the other, we develop and build our tools ourselves - from single-part tools to progressive tools. This results in tangible advantages: We regularly overhaul our tools to ensure consistent production quality. At the same time, we can also make modifications requested by the customer quickly and cost-effectively. Depending on the requirements, we use different processes for the production of tools.

Manufacturing

From individual parts such as prototypes or machine elements for special solutions to high-precision mechanical components in larger or smaller quantities - no part is too small and no challenge too great for GOTEC. In manufacturing, we rely on our technical know-how, experienced employees and state-of-the-art plant technology.

Stamping, bending, turning, grinding, milling.

GOTEC Group is an expert when it comes to the production of precise stamped parts, stamped-bent parts or composite parts made of metal. For this purpose, we have an extensive machine park with state-of-the-art machines and various manufacturing technologies at our disposal. As a full-service provider, we look after your metal part from design to final assembly and guarantee seamless quality control in accordance with IATF16949. In addition, we are happy to take over the post-processing of the metal parts, for example by means of professional coatings or the assembly of your parts. The GOTEC Group can draw on the many years of know-how of its subsidiary Stabitec for all services in the metal sector.
