New Certification according to DIN ISO 45001

With ISO 45001, GOTEC Slovakia meets globally binding standards.

The Gotec subsidiary in Partizánske, Slovakia, has been the first company within the Gotec Group to successfully pass the DIN ISO 45001 certification of its management system after one year of careful preparation. This standard is specifically designed for occupational health and safety management systems, comparable to the standards for quality, environmental or energy management systems.

The corresponding health and safety measures have been integrated into our processes. With concrete specifications and assistance, we avoid unsafe behavior that could lead to occupational accidents and thus increase the job satisfaction of our employees. At the same time, this represents an increase in the occupational safety competence of our managers.

ISO Standard 45001, the world’s first uniform standard for occupational health and safety management, was published in 2018. It replaces the British Standard OHSAS 18001 and was developed in collaboration with over 70 countries from five continents to globally address the needs for improved worker health and safety.
